The Opportunity:
You will play a key role in accelerating our USA growth as an expert on all things influencer marketing, scaling our programme in the US, UK and other regions.
Influencer marketing is a huge awareness and growth lever, and we’re looking for someone to take it to the next level. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a track record of scaling paid influencer programmes in the USA, and is looking to transition into a Global role and/or own end-to-end channel strategy and management in a hyper-growth, creative environment.
Channel strategy:
● Develop and execute comprehensive always-on influencer marketing programmes in USA,
UK and other regions, aligned with overall growth goals
● Identify key audiences to target through different channels and verticals
● Work closely with the Growth Team, aligning on key trading periods and promotions
● Manage the annual influencer marketing budget, optimising for core KPIs
Talent management:
● Identify and lock in talent, negotiating fees and contract terms at speed to meet revenue
targets
● Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, and other key stakeholders
● Scale long-term in-house partnerships, establishing an ambassador network for stronger
ROI Campaign management:
● Brief, execute and oversee influencer campaigns from inception to completion
● Maintain overall influencer calendar, ensuring it ladders up to overall brand calendar
● Track and report on programme & talent performance, leveraging insights for strategy
iteration
Team & agency management
● Upskill the team, nurturing a best-in-class influencer squad (currently a team of 2)
● Manage USA & UK agency teams, ensuring high engagement and performance & seamless workflows with internal efforts
The ideal candidate will have:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing
● Proven track record of scaling influencer programmes in the USA
● DTC experience in high-growth brands (UK or USA)
● Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms
● Deep understanding of social platforms, trends and influencer landscapes
● Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and share actionable insights
● Unmatched attention to detail and organisation skills
