This hire will play a pivotal role in scaling their online presence, optimising digital marketing efforts, and ensuring a seamless eCommerce experience. You will be responsible for increasing the D2C revenue, enhancing customer engagement, and leveraging data-driven strategies to improve performance across all digital channels.

The Role:
Ecommerce & Digital Growth
- Develop and execute a robust eCommerce growth strategy to drive sales and customer acquisition.
- Manage the Shopify platform, ensuring UX/UI optimisation, site performance, and conversion rate improvement.
- Lead SEO, paid media, email marketing, and CRO initiatives - agency management.
- Oversee product launches, feedback on pricing strategies, and stock management in collaboration with operations team.
- Analyse data and customer insights to improve website functionality, enhance the user journey, and increase AOV and LTV.
Performance Marketing & CRM
- Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid social, Google Ads, email, affiliates, etc.) to maximise ROI.
- Drive CRM and retention strategies through email marketing, loyalty programs, and personalisation.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies in real-time for optimal efficiency and growth - agency management.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and external partners, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Brand & Content Strategy
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content that enhances brand awareness and engagement.
- Align digital marketing strategies with PR, wholesale, and offline brand activations.
- Manage offline brand activations, ensuring tight budgets are kept and maximum ROI on activations.
Data & Reporting
- Own digital analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
- Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and CLV.
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven decision-making processes.
Job Details
• Work Eligibility: They are unable to sponsor work visas for this role. Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK.
• Location: The role is based in their office in W10 3 days a week, with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
Key Requirements
- 4/5+ years experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, within the luxury jewellery sector would be a huge bonus but not a pre-requisite, fashion or other luxury sectors also preferable
- Strong proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Ads.
- Expertise in SEO, paid social, email marketing, and performance analytics.
- Experience with CRO, UX/UI enhancements, and optimising online customer journeys.
- Ability to work strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
