In your role you'll be responsible for our online channel including managing the full digital marketing & e-Commerce spend, optimising ROI, driving energy to find new audiences, finding new opportunities digitally across the entire business, actioning AI innovation, and driving the business objective to continue their month-on-month growth with the final objective being EBITDA positive by next year. This performance driven role involves working as part of a small, energetic team with big ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing;
● Lead all digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives that will benefit Lemonade.
● Lead, build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing and e-commerce strategy.
● Oversee PPC and SEO strategies, marketing CRM development, all digital channels and selling tools, websites, social media (paid and organic), digital tools, and all platforms.
● Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, including the launch and integration of new tools and digital software.
● Ensure full campaign integration, from traditional media onto digital channels and digital support to customers, as required.
● Oversee the strategy and performance of the company's social media accounts.
● Stay up to date with the latest technology, new innovations and best practices in digital marketing.
● Prepare and manage the full digital marketing and e-commerce budget, optimising alls pending towards ROI.
● Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
● Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis.
● Review and onboard new agency partners where required.
2. eCommerce;
● Anticipate sales performance trends and implement proactive and reactive promotions,comms and strategies to drive growth.
● Oversee site trading plans and performance and put strategies in place for growth.
● Measure and manage online content and constantly seek ways to improve performance.
● Ensure the seamless transition of campaigns across channels and visuals to provide thehighest standard of customer experience.
3. Team Leadership And Management;
● Lead and mentor a dynamic team of professionals, providing guidance and support fortheir individual growth and development.
● Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Digital Commerce team.
● Setting and tracking individual, and team, KPIs
● Reporting directly to the CEO and with regular reporting to members of the board and high stakeholders.

What They're Looking For:
● Experience working to scale a business from 5 million to 20 million
● A solid digital marketing background with at least 5 years of experience in leading and managing digital marketing teams, covering all digital marketing functions.
● Experience spending >£150k monthly on Paid Media
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and display marketing strategies using tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords.
● A solid understanding of key social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,Twitter, Pinterest) and experience in growing brands in this space are desirable.
● Highly creative with expertise in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
● Strong relationship management skills and a team player.
● A sense of ownership and pride in your performance with an enthusiastic, motivational nature, and a passion for excellence and its impact on the company’s success.
● The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
● Experienced in the same, or similar, industry e.g fashion/skincare/beauty is desirable with time spent targeting a broad range of audiences,
● Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly and distil the most important and relevant information with a focus on the team’s ROI.
